I rented a EV and had a great experience. I am regular customer of Sixt Artarmon and will keep renting. Special mention to Tom, he is helpful and provide excellent customer service.
Really loved our experience hiring a car from SIXT artamon. It was super smooth, did not take much time, they sent a document ahead of time explaining EV. And they went through the car and explained features and how to charge the EV before handing us the keys. The drop off process was really easy too! Highly recommend.
The guys at Artarmon are super friendly and professional. Easy hire and the Van was in excellent condition. They drove it out on the drive for me. Upon returning the Van at 5pm. The customer service agent dropped me off at Artarmon Station. Amazing service will be hiring again.
Customer service is hopeless! We left our linkt tag in the car, emailed sixt, talked to someonecall center since they don’t have a direct number-about the issue and we mentioned it was urgent because another client was using the same car and our linkt tag was used so I was charged for the other clients travel. They didn't even bother getting back to us about it. Almost 1month since we returned the car. Very disappointed!
Tom is the best! I arrived late after they closed on Sunday. As I was wondering what to do at the front door, calling people, leaving messages because no one was answering their phones on a Sunday, Tom magically appeared! He said that he was closing up and heard someone talking and came to investigate. He offered to let me in and did all the required paperwork and I drove away in a car! He was very considerate and helped with my luggage too! Thank you Tom!
