The brie chicken burger is amazing. Very lovely and attentive manager. She actually asked us if we had a good time and how the food was. This is great customer service
Noisy place to stay. Live band right below and I could feel the whole room vibrating. Extremely loud until 11pm. Just tryna have a good night sleep.
Venue and drinks were fantastic, bar staff were less than friendly with sarcastic comments. Young guy seemed like he was projecting and on an authority trip. Customer service training may be a good idea.
Okay. Asked to book a table for dinner the night we stayed but they booked on the following night by mistake. Wandered aroung Albany in the rain trying to find somewhere to eat that wasn't full. Bed comfortable and reasonably quiet place. Would stay again.
Been here twice. I stayed in the accommodation out the back during my first visit. It was very clean and spacious. Went again last night for food. Service was awesome. The staff are super friendly here. Awesome drink and food options.nCash accepted here
