Cannot fault this place. Hubby and myself had seniors meals in the bistro and they were huge and delicious. Service and atmosphere was beyond excellent. Recommend highly. Get there early, they are incredibly popular. Well done to this hotel, excellent experience!!! Will definitely be back. Great value.
I ordered chicken schnitzel. The schnitzel was well cooked and excellent consistency on the peppercorn sauce.nWhen I went here with a group of 10, I ordered the rump steak medium which was slightly undercooked but still great.nnService was great. Staff are friendly and helpful.nnSchnitzel was a little too expensive. It's only $2 less than a steak?
The manager i think he is is always very friendly and welcoming, along with the other staff. We were given a free jug of soft drink as they poured the wrong one for someone else, a very nice gesture.nnThe food is great. The chicken and cashew stir fry is to die for. Have been a few times and will be back again.
Had an amazing night here recently. The set function menu was great, good value at $55 for 3 course meal. Food was super delicious, high quality. Great, friendly service. Would definitely recommend
We arranged to meet close friends for lunch and thought we would book a booth as they are more spacious as we have a couple of times before, not thinking that we would be seated away from the restaurant and patrons, near the back and next to the toilets. We had to wait quite some time before someone came to take our order, and nobody came to ask us how our food was during the meal. We had to ask for someone to come clear the table and take our dessert order. We ordered coffees with our dessert, but they never came and we had to ask where the coffees were. They eventually arrived long after we had finished our dessert. When the booking was made we were asked if it was a special occassion and we said it was for a special birthday, but there was nothing special arranged; why ask the question then? We have eaten here many times before, sat in the restaurant section where the ambiance and service were fantastic, today it just wasn't there. Very disappointing indeed.
