DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!! DON'T DO IT!!! The staff is really rude and aggressive. One of the guys came into my room when I wasn't there and took my staff and changed it to another room without my permission. They forced me to change my room three times in just one week because they were painting and the smell was no healthy at all. I finally left this place because I did not feel safe, the manager Otto shouted at me aggressively with no reason and he made me feel so bad, I was about to call the police because I was really scared of him. The best thing of this place is that you can find cockroaches, and maybe you're an animal lover and you enjoy sharing the bathroom with these little insects, I've got more things to say about this place but I think that should be enough, CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE, NO DOUBT, it was not a good experience at all.
The facilities were all great, free wifi was awesome. Linen all included and the property was secure. Otto the manager was super friendly and the place overall was clean. Will come back soon and will recommend to my friends.
Nice place, simple but like home. The rooms are big and Don Otto the manager really help us to have a nice time in the Sidney.
I found the service to be the opposite of hospitable. The room was clean and the price was good for a hotel... but this isn't a hotel its better thought of as a hostel with a very grumpy owner.
Great staff, very helpful and very friendly. Accommodation was clean and tidy, and had a welcoming homely feel.
