Sincerely, cake made our wedding cake. It was so beautiful. It was made with dedication and care, we didn’t want to cut it, on top of that it was delicious and our guests loved it. Highly recommend!nnCake flavour: coffee.
Sincerely Cake provided us with a croquembouche for our wedding cake and it was honestly the tastiest profiteroles we'd ever had. We had both vanilla and chocolate flavoured profiteroles. The team at Sincerely Cake were extremely accommodating and professional and their communication excellent in the lead up to our big day. We can't recommend this business highly enough
There was an amazing cake shop hidden in Blue Mountain!! Many people hope to know about it!! Everyone, make sure to go there more than once! You can taste the sincerity in the cakes It's so delicious! nThe salted caramel dacquoise is fantastic. See you again soon
I can not say enough good things about Sincerely, Cake. We visit whenever we can to pick up goodies. The Palmier and Crème Brulee Macaroons are my favourite on the sweeter side. On the savoury side of things I recommend the Swiss Cheese and Asparagus Croissant and the Tomato and Basil Croissant. My husband is a HUGE fan of the Ham and Cheese Croissants. Defiantly worth the trip up the mountain if you have never been before. 100% best patisserie I've ever been to!
Absolutely amazing hidden gem in the Blue Mountains! The pies are THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD! 15/10!!! Forget the other bakeries in the mountains- this venue is the real MVP!
