An iconic Thai Restaurant located in Ridgehaven. Having stayed at the same premises for many years, the restaurant has developed a loyal clientele, and it’s not hard to see why. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Try the peanut sauce as a side dish, you won’t be disappointed!
This place is a family favourite! The service is so friendly!! The food is beautiful, fresh and authentic. Nice atmosphere and quick service too. Yes, you need to come here if you’re in the area and love a good Thai feed!
What a lovely place! The good service started when I rang to make the booking and continued throughout the evening. The food was beautiful. We shared a bowl of prawn chips and peanut dipping as an entrees. I had the rendang beef and my wife had laksa accompanied by a serve of special fried rice. All of which was hot, fresh, delicious and served with a smile. The prices are very moderate considering the quality! Would definitely recommend.
I've been here a few times now with larger groups. While I do enjoy the banquet, I believe the quality of food can be somewhat varied. The Tom Ka soup is sensational, but the mains lacked a little. However on second try, I ordered the beef rendang curry accompanied with coconut rice and it was absolutely delicious. The service was also lovely and offered some complimentary items at the end was a nice gesture. It is, however, a smaller restaurant and the sound acoustics are pretty shocking. When it was closer to full it was very difficult to have a conversation with anyone, let alone even at the same table. It's also worth noting that the car park is very small and I've never been able to park in the designated parking. Overall, a nice restaurant, with a few fundamental flaws. I would return
Friendly service, good ambience. Small serving of food. We ordered basil prawn and talay chicken. Basically have the same ingredients, the only difference is that talay has coconut milk.
Stumbled across this place while needing to grab an early dinner in the area. Actually enjoyed the service it was professional and efficient. The food was simple and tasty and presented nice! Not too overpowering. Loved the soft shell crab dish, it was more crisp than many places. A family friendly relaxed environment.
Misled by reviews and a packed restaurant. We found the Pad Thai and Green Curry watery and bland. The result of sacrificing authenticity for a target audience. The service started out good but ended poorly - could not get the attention of servers for 20 minutes. If you want authentic Thai food, stay away.Food: 1/5
Came here on a weekday for dinner, phone line was busy all the time but we managed to get a table on the spot. Ordered soft shell crab as an entree and 3 mains to share between the three of us. Crispy beef is a must-try as well as the red curry fish. Nothing is spicy in our order, pretty safe for one of us to handle. Mains price ranges from $21 above, ambience was nice amd clean. Great for family dinners!
