We replaced our Spa with a new Spanet that we purchased from Mark Stein at Simply Spas, Brendale in January 2012. Mark assisted us is selecting what we wanted and explained everything in detail including operational details and water treatment maintenance in order for us to enjoy our Spa. It is now Six years this month and is still as good as a brand new one. Since our purchase I have followed recommendation by both Mark and Daren, (the Spa Doctor) on the products to use and maintenance and have purchased those products from them only at the Brendale store. I test and treated the water every Saturday Morning (about 10 mins only) and recorded the details, purchased another pair of filters in order to change them on a regular basis, empty and refill the Water every 3 Months and have a Maintenance service annually. I have all these tests and treatment details recorded since the 28th January 2012, plus a record of all services and minor repairs. Occasionally I encounter a minor water issue so I call Mark and he has always been able to advise me what to do to rectify it. I also call him if I have any other issues and he gets on to Daren for me. I have found these two men to be very professional as well as friendly and very helpful. If you are in the market for a Spa I can strongly recommend Simply Spas at Brendale, and also recommend purchasing all the products from them and taking their advice, and hopefully you can enjoy your Spa as we do.

I found staff very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend simply spas.

Very disappointed. I had store credit to use and chose one of their more affordable products and they declined saying I had to choose something else. What ever happened to the customers being right? I felt like they were only interested in my money and not myself as a customer.
