Bobby and Nhi run a family business, with friendly service and some of the best value meals on campus. Everyone LOVES their fresh spring rolls, and the Banh Mi are great too. I use their catering for events - really good value too and the students love it.
Not a fan of the curry puffs & sausages, too oily and sometimes taste a bit funny. Liked the sandwhiches and rice boxes, though. Cleanliness could be improved.
Minimum $2 EFTPOS scam. It doesn't cost anything to process these sales, stop over charging people who make your life easier by not using cash. YOU REALISE YOU HAVE TO COUNT CASH ROUND AND DIGITAL STUFF YOU LOOK AT A STATEMENT
Do not eat here unless you want to get violently ill! The food left me hanging over a toilet for two days. Owner told me she would get back to me with answers after investigating with her chef - I never heard back. Absolutely disgusting and sick to my stomach! Literally!

This place is always packed because the food is simple, delicious and super cheap. Its very hard to find to cheap meal especially being a student. Been here at least 10 times and have never been disappointed. Loving the sandwiches!!!! I always imagine the guys behind the counter saying "Do you want me to fix you some sandwiches"
Overpriced and staff are unfriendly and disinterested. Vietnamese coffee tasted like normal iced coffee, not like it was supposed to be.
$2 miso soup, vege rice paper rolls and the Vietnamese rolls are good
