A disappointing end to what was a positive experience in the beginning. We had a positive experience first with the admin side, booking the measure and selecting the color. What let this company down was everything thereafter. We were left with this gap in in our benchtop, whether not measured or cut correctly I do not know and when trying to find a resolution I spoke to a member of the team named Troy who was very hostile making it impossible to come to any agreement and had to then find our own solution making us out of pocked adding a kicker of tiles to cover this gap.
Peter and his amazing team at Simple Benchtops recently installed our Stone benchtops in our newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms, powder room & laundry, with an outstanding result. From the planning stage to the measuring and finally installing and dealing with all the office staff, the whole team were very professional and their attention to detail and follow ups made it a pleasure to deal with them all. We would like to Thank Peter & Tamara and their whole team, for their assistance in helping us find the perfect Stone & Colour to complement the rest of our newly renovated home. I would recommend Simple Benchtops to anyone thinking of renovating or building a new house.
A pleasure to have the 'A Team' of Adam and James onsite installing my stone today. In a remote country build having professional, well organised and adaptable tradesmen is a must. Adam and James are all of the above. Fantastic experience all round. They are my team of choice.
Fantastic customer service from the front office with Stacey and Anh as the main contacts. I had chosen a product with some idiosyncrasies but Peter was a great help to design the layout to use only one slab and the installation and colour touch up resulted in a great looking benchtop. This project stayed fun for me and in amongst all our interactions with builders and contractors during this crazy major house renovation, Simple easily came out on top for customer service, quality, and price!!
I cannot speak highly enough of the Team from Simple Benchtops - everyone from sales, quoting, measurement and installation were fantastic to deal with. They worked with us remotely during the COVID Stage 1 harsh lock-down and while it was tough, they were patient and worked harder to make sure everything was delivered as we asked. We wanted a facelift, not a whole-scale renovation to our kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities and we got exactly what we asked for - before and after photos shows the transformation. The team from Simple worked in remote collaboration with the cabinet maker who will similarly get rave reviews for their service to deliver a millimetre perfect installation - and they didn't even step on-site until it was time to measure! after COVID restrictions were lifted. True craftsmanship!
From point of contact, Stacey & Anh, to the guy that came out to measure and especially the installers that worked so hard to get it just right and wouldn't leave till I was completely happy with it. Well done on this fantastic team, I won't hesitate to recommend you.
Simply Benchtops were fantastic to deal with. We had to coordinate the disconnection of our old hotplate, and removal of the old benchtop before the new one could be installed. Stacey was especially helpful in communicating back and forth till it was finally installed. The workmanship is first class - it fits the space perfectly, and what a transformation a 'simple benchtop' makes! It's completely updated our kitchen and we just love it!
Simple Benchtops were wonderful to deal with from start to finish! We are so happy with our beautiful stone benchtops in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and tv cabinets - we got the exact look we wanted without breaking our budget. Highly recommend!

We have just had our new benchtop installed into our renovated ensuite. It was only ordered last weekend from the Simple Benchtops gorgeous showroom and delivered today. Unfortunately it was the wrong size, but thanks to Adam the delivery guy, we had it replaced and delivered later in the day. Adam went far beyond the expected to get us the correctly measured and cut piece today. He even gave us some tips to give the benchtop more support which was awesome. Thanks to Peter too for helping out! I would definitely recommend Simple Benchtops!
