Do not build with them. Once you sign the contract say goodbye to good customer service. The quality of our build is pretty bad and have spent nearly a year trying to get Simonds to acknowledge some issues is difficult, but getting them to rectify them is near impossible.
Very organised team from start to finish, building has been a dream.
Worst experience ever....never build with Simonds if you want your dreams spoiled.....
Quote given by this office was toooooo high.
