Really good coffee, and a great break breakfast. This is a must stop if you are in or on your way through Biloela.
I’m am BEYOND disappointed. I used to LOVE Simmons not once did I ever have a problem with the previous owners they were always so lovely. But today I’m so unhappy. Ordered a small iced coffee and it was FERAL had way too much coffee. Staff were UNBELIEVABLY rude when asked if they could change it so it’s not as strong and all they did was put more milk in it touched my straw and handed it straight back to me. No fresh iced coffee just extra milk and a used straw. That definitely has to go against the work place health and safety. The juniors and the owner stood around gossiping about it while I was waiting hoping they would make a new one. I asked politely but they were rude. Again, I ordered A SMALL iced coffee. First time I’ve EVER had a bad experience here and I’m so sad.
First time going but my Dad grew up going here. He absolutely loves this place and had to go there whenever we go past. We love it too! The cream buns are the best I've ever had and my Dad says it still tastes like the Old Days. But a great range of food and drinks and you can order other stuff too. Everything we've tried has been yummy! Definitely think it's worth making a detour for - 100%.
I used to go to simmons all the time. since i was in high school. since the new owners took over, it has turned to rubbish. the food is always so hot it burns your mouth, changed recipes, and not to mention the coffee is always burnt and not made correctly. My friend and I went to get a bite a couple weeks ago. She got the cheese and bacon pie, and got very bad food poisoning. Needless to say, i will not be going back.
Discovered this bakery on my last day at Bilo. Only one regret is that I didn't know they were here from my 1st day. Great curry pie. Nice coffee.
The food was great, this place has a large variety of food, and a wonderful range of something different too. I was excited to find square pies, the kind I used to get in old school tuckshop/canteens. Well worth the visit, a bakery, with takeaway and a cafe. I will be visiting there again.
Great pies. Great service. Clean nice. Went back Pie fruit slice and flat white. Best ever I highly recommend them to anybody.
Fantastic variety of pies, cakes and slices. Great coffee. Pleasant place to sit down with a cuppa and relax.
Since its changed hands,the big breakfast tasted like old cheap oil that should have been changed a while back very bad for you! Won't be going back!!
I get a pie here every now and again find there not that flash. I did like the stockman's pie it was a good pie. But the baked sweets here are quite good. U can all so get your fresh bread here take away breakfast dine breakfast and lunch cold drink and my favorite it the coffee they do do a good brew here. Friendly service and tidy bakery.
