Overall a great doctor's clinic, Dr Atef is my usual doctor, He's great and super friendly as for all staff there.nThe only issue is the wait times can be quite long even if booking an appointment you will still most likely be waiting for some time.nThey are a popular and busy local doctors.
The waiting times are ludicrous. Never get a telehealth appointment here. They have nothing but contempt for your time. I've waited for over four hours for the doctor to call. The waiting times in person are terrible too.nThe competency of the medical staff leaves a lot to be desired especially Dr Rachel.
The waiting time after check-in was unreasonably long!nI had to wait for OVER AN HOUR to see the GP. If there are no available time slots, please consider updating the online availability. This is just wasting my time.
When I call up I am often given a same day appointment! The waiting time can vary but it seems to be quick. Dr. Peter was the one I saw most but he no longer works there, he was always polite and respectful. The rest of the clinic seems lovely.
Have been here for 20 years. I only go to dr maybe 10 times the last two times with the eastern euro women on the desk, never will I return. Rude rude rude. Only want to book appointment to check up. She act like I biggest burden in the world Goodbye
