unprofessional and incredibly delayed customer service by Matt Bezzina, with passive aggressive and judgmental comments. the photobooth provided was functional, but with poor picture quality. the photographer provided only around 100 photos over 4 hours, most of which were sitting down shots, and the remainder all being from one angle. the photos lacked effort, with many being overexposed, out of focus or just generally unflattering, with no edits done in post production. do not recommend.
The service they have provided is so unprofessional. The school formal we had occured over 2 months ago and no photos have been recieved, despite constant emails and calls which have been consistently ignored and put aside by an employee. This is extremely disappointing and despite our patience regarding this matter no genuine and extensive responses have been given.
The Photobooth was easy to use and affordable. Silvercity was also very professional and easy to work with plus we got digital copies of every single photo after the event and even got to make our own borders for the photos! Thanks Silvercity!
I found the quality of the photographs to be poor and over exposed. I have written to ask about a reprint and two months later I still have not heard back. Poor customer service as well. I'm generous to give them one star...
Used Silvercity for our uni ball. They were very helpful in putting our society logo on our picture strips. Plenty of film and good quality photos.
Silvercity provided our photo booth for our awards function. The service, quality and professionalism was flawless. I highly recommend Matt and his team.
