All the staff I have had interactions with have been completely professional and friendly. No judgments, just committed to providing the best possible care and treatment for the client and their desired outcomes.

Disappointed. Rude staff and first booking was so quick. Quick to take my money but then not offer a service until later in the month. If I was advised of the wait I would of gone elsewhere. Staff need to learn to be polite.

The reception staff were rude upon my arrival. They're not friendly at all. I hope this changes because the actual beauty therapist is lovely.

Danielle made me feel comfortable from my first appointment. I couldn’t recommend her and The Glenelg clinic enough. She is very professional and I have been impressed with the results from my laser treatment. Booking and scheduling is made easy and the treatment itself is very time efficient and easy.

Today I had my laser hair removal with Ellie what a gorgeous knowledge person she is! Ellie put me completely at ease! She answered all my questions making sure I was comfortable the whole time.. I will be back..
