The ladies at Siles Health Ringwood are absolutely amazing, this is my first pregnancy and all the staff have been incredible, especially finding out we are having twins! They have been extremely honest and transparent with us throughout the whole pregnancy and have really made me feel at ease. I can’t thank them enough for making this experience so special
We couldn't recommend Sile enough. We had our 20 week scan there and it was so nice to not be rushed and see our baby girl. Lots of knowledge too which was great. Very professional, hygienic and friendly. We'll definitely be going back for any other up coming scans :
Was my first time at Siles health and with Such friendly staff it was really refreshing today as I was nervous for my first appointment. The sonographer took the time to explain everything to me which made me feel at ease Can't fault these ladies and would definitely recommend!
Attended the clinic today for the first time for my last scan and wish I'd attended here for all of them! Tammy was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and why but also had such a warm and friendly personality that instantly put me at ease. Got not only some lovely photos but also small video clips which was such an amazing gift as due to COVID-19 my husband hasn't been able to attend any of the appointments.
Had a fantastic experience today. After going to another ultrasound place, I had complained to my GP that I didn’t have a good experience, when you’re paying $170 for an ultrasound, you expect to walk out with some info. My GP recommended Siles and I couldn’t have been happier! The ultrasound tech made sure to point out all the body parts and heart beat and made sure that I saw it all before moving on. Was a lovely warm and welcoming environment. The lady who took my blood afterwards was also lovely and informed me of my options for future blood tests. Overall I was very happy and impressed and will be only going through Siles for maternity ultrasounds
Amazing staff!! So kind and empathetic. I'm so glad I found this place. They take the time and they really care. I feel very looked after. The baby scans are so gorgeous as well. They sent one through of the little foot and it's so cute, it's what I used to announce my pregnancy. Thank you so much guys! xx
Siles Ringwood not nearly as good as the North Melbourne location. Staff didn't conduct the 4D scan of our baby at 13 week scan, North Melbourne included it with every other scan. We also only received a few videos, no photos. Highly recommend attending North Melbourne over other branches.
5 stars deserved! Friendly and professional service every visit. Always accommodating for bookings and Sonographers are so detailed in their scans. Couldn't recommend more highly.
I don’t do reviews often, but the ladies at Siles are absolutely phenomenal. My entire process with then has been seamless, with ease for myself as the client such a priority. These women have gone above and beyond now on two occasions for me, far beyond what you would expect in these circumstances. Cannot thank you enough, and will definitely be back for all future pregnancies!
All of the staff at Siles are friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to make me feel calm and relaxed. I’ve always felt safe to ask all the questions I need to and they have never given the impression they are in a rush. So lucky to have found them
