We have just moved into our new Signature Home and are absolutely thrilled with the result. Signature Homes have been amazing to deal with across the design and build. In the face of a very challenging climate Covid, housing market pressures, material cost hikes etc Signature performed exceptionally. They always informed us of any changes that were outside of their control, they met their obligations of a fixed price contract and delivered the house to a pre-agreed schedule. We presented significant variations to the original design for interior fixtures and fittings and Signature went out of their way to accommodate all of these and made sure we were informed of the impact these variations would have on our budget. The project management was exceptional, we received weekly progress updates with photos and the project manager was available after hours and during the weekend. In a very challenging time for customers that want to build their dream home I would have no qualms about recommending Signature Homes North West.Services: Consultation
