I didn't even want to give one star. My email wasn't responded to so I called 3 days later. I then had to walk the manager through my needs for excess of 20 minutes 5 very simple signs. The rate was extremely overpriced, I asked for a discount as we had used signarama before and was begrudgingly offered a few dollars off. After signing the quote and asking about delivery as it hadn't been brought up, I was told "you didn't ask for it, we didn't charge for it... If you want it delivered, book your own courier." Needless to say we immediately took our business elsewhere. Disgusting customer service.
I requested for quotes from a couple of sign designers the night before and Barry from sign a rama was the only one that called me the next day or called me at all. He was friendly and helpful. Very happy w my experience.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give minus 100 that's what I would give this company. First they take my deposit then present artwork of random photos from the internet that have nothing to do with my shop and claim that as art work! In the end I sent them the artwork and they couldn't even present it to me properly. Then they decide to terminate because they can't handle the fact that I said to them that the artwork they were presenting was so bad and on top of all that they keep the money... Really?? That's really bad when you terminate and keep peoples money!! Get your act together because at this rate you're only doing damage to yourselves!!
Very disappointing that Sign A Rama South Melbourne does not respond to my email or call for a quote. I can recommend Graphic Effects in Blackburn for a quick response!
A waste of breath and time. If you want a quote or even the simple courtesy of a return email, phone call or carrier pigeon; don't bother with Sign A Rama.
I worked with Signarama. Great people and Great results, very friendly. thank you for having me. Good experience.
