Amazing services from susane, thanks for giving a smile and polite welcome, I always avoid this cafe even though they have good food and coffee, due to the rude customer services but yeah u really made for it.
We Always stop in when shopping in the centre for a coffee or chocolate thickshake and a cake, Always fresh and great friendly staff and service .. Parking: Should have no problems in parking.. Wheelchair accessibility: The cafe is inside Castle Plaza so no issues with wheelchair access and there is disabled access to toilets nearby..
The staff & service are first class - nothing is to much trouble Best cappuccino in town - service with a smile & a warm welcome always Keep up the great work
Above them is under construction, so not to appealing. Wich is unfortunate, as this is a lovely, friendly place to eat.Food: 5/5
Ok cafe. Staff are polite, but easily flustered. Food was tasty, but could be made at home. Coffee was way too hot, but tasted ok. This cafe mostly has its location going for it, unfortunately nothing special or amazing to make you wanna come back.

Great little set up, food was fantastic and fresh, and the service was friendly and fast. The only thing that stops me giving 5 stars is the lack of advertising. I have walked past this place several times I did not know they did an actual breakfast, looking at it you would think it's just sandwiches and cake. It's a shame this was not made more clear as I go to this shopping centre regularly and would have spent money here. Of course this will change now that I know, and I look forward to being their customer every time I'm down this way for work. Having said that, I highly recommend you dine here..... and if it's not clear enough "yes they do have breakfast."
Pretty disappointed with the 'meal' I got one of my children for lunch today... Paid 10.90 for a cheese burger and had to pay another 3.50 to get chips on the side... This is what I got for my money... Note this is on a small side plate size plate.
Used to be very good but excellent barista left and service has been ordinary in recent times. Edit: service has been absolutely appalling in recent times. Downgraded to one star.
Service has declined. States online that they are open until 530 but will only sell what's in the fridge from 2.30pm. Couldn't get a coffee at 230pm. Disappointing.
