Despite the clinic’s stated policy of accepting walk-ins and providing bulk billing services, I was informed upon arrival that an appointment was required, which directly contradicts the information presented on the clinic’s website. This misinformation caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I specifically chose this clinic based on its advertised policies.nnFurthermore, the lack of clear communication regarding the actual procedures left me feeling unsupported as a patient. I took time out of my day, expecting reliable service based on your claims, only to be turned away without resolution. This experience not only disrupted my schedule but also raised serious concerns about the clinic’s transparency and commitment to patient carennI was told two different things on the phone and in person and both times went it was within 15 minutes of me calling into ask. Blasphemous
I am convinced they are pumping these reviews. Had a dental appointment a while agonThey were stacking treatments I didn't need on my private health and told me it wouldn't cost extra. It cost extra. They didn't check properly and went over the allowed amount for a single visit. They didn't care, and I was charged anywaynnMoney hungry practice with staff who don't care. Once had an appointment, I was 10 mins early and they went on their hour lunch break and told me to wait and on top I'd be charged. They were understaffed so not blaming the staff. The policy and management are clearly a joke though
They advertise that they take walk ins, but when you do, they say you can’t bulk bill if you’re past 6pm. Even if you’re there at 4pm!!! Then they advise making a booking so they can charge you extra only after you have made the booking and then the front staff inform you of the charge. They sting you, then sit you down and treat you like a walk up!!!! If the book and pay he extra money like they want you wait 45mins past your appointment time to see the dr. You booked. And they can’t tell you when you will be seen. A whole waiting room full of frustrated patients but that doesn’t hurry the Dr.s. Oh no. They book 8-10 people per hour when they can only see 6-8. What do you think happens after 3-4 hours?? Your waiting. But they still want your money nI waited 45 minutes past my appointment and had to walk out to avoid missing my flight. Now I haven’t got what I needed. Terrible service
I've seen various GP's at SIA and have always had a good experience. The ease of finding a same day apt and the way in which they streamline requests for imaging and tests is efficient and convenient. Staff at the front desk are also friendly
Doctor Jason is great. Reception staff not approachable & spoil the experience. All I needed was results & explained that I didn’t want to talk at work for my results. Couldn’t offer me appointment on my days off. I have ended up booking an appointment during work time.nDr Jason 5 out of 5 .
