If it gave me the option of zero stars then that's what I would rate this company!  The manager Marilyn has no customer service whatsoever.  This lady is rude and obviously has no interest in her customers!!  This muppet contacted me almost 4 weeks ago on my cellphone to arrange a time for a service agent to check out our faulty Robinhood oven.  The Robinhood team advised that the oven will be replaced and someone will contact me.  After waiting two weeks I decided to contact this company querying where the oven was.  I was rudely told by Marilyn that she left a voicemsg on my cellphone last week at which I advised no voicemsg left on my phone.  Asked her to repeat the number she had for me.  I told her that the number was incorrect but she proceeded to tell me it was the same number she rung 4 weeks ago!  This muppet did not wish to listen to anything I had to say.  I have no interest at all recommending this rude company to anybody!
