Shroom Room Cafe

Stopped by for a first visit late lunch and loved it. Fab atmosphere fantastic food selection and served by great staff. Will be back to this local treasure!

An absolute vibe. Wish I wasn't from outta town so I could bring friends here. Best vegan food I've had in the whole upper half of the South Island. Staff seem cool too and nice plants. Well worth a trip to Lyttleton

Loved the layout. Food to the table was quick and tasted great. Let down by the short and abrupt person on the counter. Put a smile on ya dial.

Delicious food! I had corn fritters with poached eggs and avocado, a cappuccino and a orange juice. It was DEVINE! Best café in Lyttleton!

Felt rushed as was shutting in 30 mins from our arrival. Staff short and abrupt, not friendly at all. Food was delivered to table in good time but average in taste and flavours were all very similar with the 2 dishes. Bit of a disappointment after was recommended and we went all the way to Lyttylton to try.

What a gem of a place! Good food and great coffee. Fantastic to have something vegetarian or vegan in a little town...a few other towns we stopped at had nothing for us to eat, The Shrooms Room had everything!
