I bought balloons here, told that I needed to pay extra high float for balloons I chose, which was fine. Came and collected what looked like a sad bunch of balloons, clearly no high float… a couple of balloons didn’t even last an hour. Not only that, feel they skimped and only half filled… suggest don’t buy balloons from here.
Horrible helium balloon service. I am a party decorator and I went because I could not receive my heliumtank on time, and they inflated 30cm diameter balloons, only 15cm, horrible! I do not trust this service. Very mediocre.
Always have found this shop to be fantastic for all sorts of things. It's pretty well known by all port people. Owners have always been of help and very pleasant. They always have what I want I'm about to leave home now in sth melb to bus it down to my favourite store SHOP A HOLIC... Can't wait. Cheers. Happy shopping.
Horrible old crabby lady owner, we were in there for few minutes looking at some of the balls, got a scolding because the kids were playing with them and had couple of them on the floor, we would have picked them all up and put them back in the basket anyway and definitely didn't deserved the scolding. She then turned to a customer and said 'parents these days have no respect!' I think as a shop owner that sells toys, you have to expect a bit of playing with them before we buy, they are kids after all. And we were in there for only few minutes, quietly in the back. Come on lady, relax!

Love Shopaholic Port Melbourne and shop there at least once every week. Always find what I need and have such an amazing range of items for home, gift wraps, cards, gifts for kids, even fancy dress party costumes!
