Staff at this grocery store are super rude. No hello, no thank you, they scan products and keep pushing it to the side. Then the eftpos machine is shoved in front of you, the cashier is oblivious to the fact that it’s important to tell customers the total amount due. They should setup self serve registers. A machine will provide better service.
First of all I would like to commend you for putting in so much effort in bringing all the Fijian favorites here in Australia. It is like a home away from home. Today was my first visit and I was amazed by the variety on offer. I ended up with a big trolley full of these stuffs. Customer service, cleanliness, food variety, quality, everything deserves 5 stars. Keep the good work guys.
Meat there is old,cassava is really bad when you cook emlike candle.....shopping there is so damn expensive....might as well go to other pacifica or fiji shops in the south and Northside...even got canned palusami from there few months ago in bulk only find them expired n it was around $7 compared to other places around $4 ...only good thing is they make nice food ie curries .....sorry but ill give 1 star.........
I bought chicken Palau and lamb curry. I’m sorry but the flavour and texture isn’t one star. Chicken Palau was more risotto and lacked spices. Lamb curry had no balance of masala. My mum makes 100 times better. Never buying it
Today i went to shop n save and purchased groceries worth $200. Thot might as well grab some snacks while there, but there were two ladies, one wearing glasses and another lady behind the counter supposedly serving customers, however I waited for approximately 10-15 mins but these two kept on having personal conversation and paid no attention to me standing at the counter. Despite waiting for that long, i had no choice but to leave frustrated due to being ignored. Just left with a bad taste as there are many other options, but this was closer to home.
