Got a takeaway for my family last night. Pad thai, Salty fish chicken fried rice, char siu and smoked tea duck. Food is tasty and I didn't have anything negative to say for the most part.nThen this evening, my partner and my kid are having them didn't finish it last night. My partner found this massive fragment of eggshells. This is a major safety concern.nThis restaurant needs to pay more attention to the details. If my boy swallowed the eggshells and they scratched his esophagus or anything, the consequences would be a lot more severe.nJust to complete the review, the staffs are friendly, environment is nice, food is tasty especially the duck. However, if a restaurant is not careful enough with safety, all the positive things above count for nothing.
Been there 4 times, one of my favourite Chinese restaurant.nFoods were authentic, really enjoyed it!nnMust try: pipa tofunnSometimes offering complementary dessert during the week.nnMy friend loves Pad Thai, so we ordered it, but it tasted surprisingly good! We are coming back here quite often now. Love the Peking duck. Salty fish eggplant is still awesome. Salt n pepper soft shell crab was yum too. 2nd dish for the peking duck, we always have the fried rice. The high temp wok flavour is great in the fried rice.
The service is good but quality of food is not. I ordered Chasiu pork with rice but it was cold like just took from fridge. The morning glory must be good as it was very simple dish but it wasn’t. I packed everything and brought home. Couldn’t finish even half. Quite disappointed
This is one of our favourite Chinese Restaurant in our neighbourhood. We have been back here a few times for dine in and takeaways. The Char Siu is just so tender and juicy. Loved the Hakka Style Salt Infused Chicken and Glutinous Rice. The Cockles with XO sauce and vermicelli is amazing.nnService here is great and ample parking at the back of the restaurant. Will definitely go back again.
