Fast and furious for Christmas yet well organised and void of congestion. I went in twice to have a good look around, the second time to find my partner. Amazed at how well they had laid out the store and the value of the great many items available, I couldn't believe how much they can sell so much of this stuff and still make a profit. I didn't actually buy anything today because I'm not touching anything with the covid onset in Tasmania, I'll wait for the new year sales and spend big time!! My partner and her mum bought Shiploads!

I would have given them 5 stars because of the help I received in getting a particular product, but my wife had to make a quick trip into the Boland Street store after finishing work at 5pm at Legana to grab a toy for a dog we are looking after. As she was making as quick a dash as she could, she has mobility issues, one of the staff waiting at the door for knock off muttered nastily "You've only got 3 minutes you know.". Not exactly endearing. At least the little dog we are looking after appreciated the toy.
What is there not to like? Well stocked and neat. Loved the dog clothing collection. I have a very happy doggie with his new coat!
Worst of all the shiploads stores I have been in to. The lay out of where things are is all over the place and so many times are not easily assessable because of their placement. Had a massive wait time at the check out to be served because there was only one check out open. When I left, there were 7 people behind me still waiting in line
I can always find a bargain, I go for the cheap stuff and still manage to spend $50 very easy in this shop, there are plenty of products here the other mainstream shops would have doubled up the price, these stores are often cheaper, but not always. Recommended A+
