They couldn't even organise 17 rolls of turf for pickup on a friday afternoon for job. I arrive at Anl to find 4 rolls left on a pallet & i am told the supplier's delivery was short,no prior phone call explaining the situation & the bald headed guy at the counter was unapologetic,uninterested,plain rude & arrogant.This seems to be a common problem with most staff there. I work my hands to the bone all week on a job & now have to travel 120kms on a Saturday because some one simply cant count to 17. Go to a independant small friendly business instead of these Muppets

I thought gardening people were friendly. Not one hello, can I help you?, nothing. I have 132 square meters that needs soil, plants, etc. seriously thinking about using other suppliers.

Just went there to buy an indoor plant and the staff were really helpful. They suggested many different plants that would be suited to my environment and were really patient while I decided the plant and pot that I wanted. They then repotted my plant into the pot I had chosen.
