I wish could give rating in Minus stars , as I been used a paint protection service. As per quoted for it . I agreed to do it on my 1 month old car. He has done an excellent blunder on it. He hasn’t done paint protection just clean the car and put some glossy spray on it to look like a paint protection. He hasn’t even done cleaning properly where he caught , because if he did protection then those dirt marks should not come off as it’s under layer of paint protection but sneaky guy haven’t performed his looting plan properly . Under name of paint protection he is just cleaning the car and use glossy look polish that’s looks like protection but it’s not. So guys beware don’t bin your hard earning.
This is the first time I rate something with only 1 star since I started to use Google 10 years ago. It is a long story, hope you read this carefully before you decide to get your car washed in this shop. I booked the car wash appointment on phone 1 week ago. I was told that their full detailed interior service is 150 dollars for 7 seats MPV. Also I can pick up my car by 2.30pm. By the time I send the car to get it washed, I was told I cannot pick up the car by 2.30pm, instead, I will have to pick up the car at around 5pm. I was also told I would be charged 10 to 20 dollars more if second time shampoo was applied on the stain in order to help it come out extra charge number 1. I said yes that’s fine. He didn’t tell me what other circumstance would incur extra charge. When I pick up my car at 3.30pm, he said other customers had cancelled the appointment so I can pick up my car earlier. Well I think he just wanted to charge me urgent service fee extra charge number 2 by telling me that I cannot pick up my car at 2.30pm, which was agreed on the phone one week ago. So I have mentioned two extra charges, there is still more to come. We I finally made my payment, the amount was 160 dollars, which was 10 dollars more than we agreed on the phone. He said it was because the vacuum took time extra charge number 3. He never ever ever in his life mentioned this extra charge to me!!! So if you want to go to this car wash, prepare for extra charge number 1 extra shampoo, extra charge number 2 urgent service and extra charge number 3 extra vacuum, which are all not agreed on the phone. This are not all the reasons I rate only 1 star. The stain still didn’t come out. You can see it from the pictures. I spent 160 dollars and the work he has done was so appalling. I don’t want to be a racist as I am an Asian as well. But I have to say some people from specific religion is really keen on bullying women.

I used to have my car detailed here approx every 3 weeks In the last 18 months I haven't...for financial reasons. I returned to them today AND.. 200 % happy..same great service. I was looked after by one of the sons today....just as polite and helpful as his Dad. 5 star service..5 star attitude ....Thanks heaps Debra
Reasonable price and great service
I asked for hand wash only and they used a buffer and did a very rough job and left scratch marks all over. Devastated. Also obviously used a rough or dirty cloth inside the car and left marks through out. We took the car back and it was admitted that yes the buffer was used now our new car is left with scratches all over it. They wanted to take it somewhere to get fixed but we would not trust our car in there hands again. Do not take your car there. I am very upset that a business could do this to someone in shepparton.
