I was looking to add to my portfolio of family memorabilia and information and asked if they had any information on my Great Grandfather. Within no time they came back with three photos of his grave, which showed that my grandfather's remains were also resting there, which I didn't know. So grateful for this information and the fabulous service.
To everyone out there who would like to buy their plot at the Shepparton cemetery I would just like to say that Hope is a fantastic lady to help you out there. She has gone over the top just to help us with every think we would like to find out about all the plots where you’d like to go everything like that her knowledge. Her attitude towards everything was just 110% and she told me she still on a learning. Curb all about the Shepparton Cemetery. Thank you
The condition of the Shepparton Public Cemetery has improved dramatically in the last couple of years. It use to be an eyesore with overgrown weeds between the graves and bindi eyes everywhere you walked. A lot of work has been done to replace dirt tracks with concrete paths, eliminating the prickles. A credit to the board of management for making the necessary changes but a big shout out to the new team of staff including Hope, Ben, Steve and Phil for there efforts to restore the cemetery to respectability and for their friendliness when working with them.
The 5 stars go out to Hope at the Shepparton Cemetery, who helped me find a plot for my grandfather and not only that, helped lead me in the right direction for choosing the right place, helping with all the paperwork and giving me the guidance I required during this difficult time in my life. You are a gem Hope. Thank you for your kind support!
