First time diner - great food and service - the bottomless filter coffee was a nice touch too.

We tried Shepherd for the first time recently and would highly recommend it. We found the food to be really flavoursome and the dishes to be quite inventive. The service was great and the restaurant has a nice vibe. We will definitely be visiting again.

We came for the Braw X Shepherd collab and we were stoked to have caught it. The asparagus was top notch as well as the grilled cheese with an egg and mushroom xo sauce . Would also highly recommend trying the pickle beer!

High class joint tucked away in Te Aro with a changing menu featuring fresh, local goods. I’ve had quite a few game changers at Shepherd - Snapper Wing, Brisket w/ Pink Oyster Mushrooms, and more cheese plates than I can remember. Super high recommend.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice and welcoming, the service has been always perfect. So yes, this restaurant is one of our options here in Wellington for many years.
