Well presented and clean facilities. But most if all, unbelievable service from the young enthusiastic staff. They showed that they wanted to be at work. A trait missing from so many customer focused industries. Well done to the owners/managers, your staff deserve a big pat on the back. I was very impressed with the service they provided.
Maybe it’s time for “Rob” to give up the customer service game.nI got fuel here and have never witnessed such disrespectful, patronising or unprofessional behaviour from a customer service team member, towards not only myself, but also another customer. If I were the owner of this business/franchise I would quickly be ensuring his opportunities to interact with customers are removed. His attitude was disgusting. I would not want him representing my business.
Only good for nostalgia buffs who want to experience the worst. First hint is no tap-n-go terminal, just old school coins. Then you select soap spray and the joke is on you-it’s just water. Then the tiniest brush compared to modern car washes, with the added bonus that it is full of grit. Finally go with the “protectant seal”, but gotcha again; it’s just water. Appalling.

Car wash had no detergent in the pressure wash and the foaming brush put out no foam just dirty water. Waste of money and time!
