I really like coles express/shell’s coffee! But this store gives me the worst coffee experience ever! The coffee was tastes like hot brown water with some watery milk! I will never forget this worst coffee experience! Not recommended at all!
Went today at around 2pm to fuel up and I was having issues with the pump but the staff were very rude and refused to provide any help. The female staff went as far as to raise her voice at me and run towards the back when I went in to voice my concerns. Completely ruined my day.
I dislike this company as they have racially discriminated me at the Bentley coles petrol station.nThey have a photo of myself and my car saying I have stolen $110.60 worth of fuel which I have not, I have no reason to do so, I am a proud aboriginal women and a worker for 12years now and I earn my money.nI have reported this company and hope they take down my photo off their system and stop accusing me for something I have not done. Also so they stop calling me over the PA to pre-pay.
Today clerk attitudes was so bad. He talked me in very rude way when I asked two three things price.
Best fuel prices on Tuesdays, lots of pumps, the girl working was actually so nice, such a delight and surprise.
