I went to Reddy express for a late night snack on a Thursday night, and i went in not knowing that thieves are coming inside behind me. They stole anything that their hands and arms can hold! From food, to drinks and to phone chargers! And they just exited the store like nothing. The operator behind the counter named Randal has yelled at them but unfortunately to no avail.nWitnessing this as a paying customer is just frustrating. I suggest Reddy express put up a night window pay like any other servos. I was surprised that at 12:30pm the door was opened up for me, but only for thieves to come follow me and do their thing. I felt unsafe. Good job for your operators but i guess a night pay window would help stop these thieves from shopping with paying customers like us.
My local Redbull supplier with Coldest drink fridges in cairns & friendly staff who care about the store and their customers.. Get your $7 TAKIS fix here..
The long-haired untidy male attendant’s customer service skills are awful. I was received no greeting/hello this afternoon to purchase goods.nnThe attendant had then flicked the goods across the counter to me, no thank you/have a nice day/goodbye - no dialect at all. I had not provoked or had been impolite whatsoever to this staff member.nnThe next female customer was greeted with a nice “Hello” directly after my transaction. Horrible customer service experience this afternoon.
Worst customer service.nWorst attitudes held by staff almost anywhere in cairns.nI completely avoid this service station.nWill not fuel here personally or with work fleet.nMore than happy to drive 50 meters further down the road to MOBIL where they say hi, with a smile!nImagine that.
Its open 24hrs and they have pretty much everything you might need to get on the way home. Within reason of course. I just don't think the fuel is cheap compared to others even with the discount
