Twice I've been and the 98 pump second from left on left no 5 I think did not click off when full and spilled out everywhere. Second pair of sandals ruined. Advised cashier and he rattled off all the pumps with faults. Quite pleased with himself he could list them all. I am assuming owner not interested in fixing if the employee has advised. How can I add zero stars?
Heaven forbid you go in to pay for fuel with a large note they will whinge & complain & tell you they have to give you a lot of small change because as soon as they get cash they tuck it all away in their safe or they have given it to other customers, Cleveland shell have always been high priced with poor customer service.
Other than really high fuel prices, the actual pumps themselves have their housings blowing off in the wind. Not to mention how long it takes to pump fuel. Never been to any other servo that takes so long.nThe only endearing thing is the lovely lady that serves you. She is the sweetest soul on the planet, you all know who I'm talking about.
The most expensive fuel consistently in the Redlands. When the Brisbane average is currently $1.46 and as low as $1.30 this servo is always at $1.60 + , we are being ripped off by them.
Over priced fuel and was refused swap and go gas even though bottle was still in date staff member was rude would not recommend
