Love my Shell coffee when I fuel up but not that one female attendant who should not be working in retail. She is paranoid about catching something, makes you put your money in a basket and tips the money into the cash register. She is forever in the hand sanitiser. Makes a customer feel like a leper. Seriously not the right place to work if your that worried about catching something. Still wearing a mask and cannot understand what she says.
I love going to coles express and being served by Grace she is often the highlight of my day, always happy and welcoming. The coffee is great and so are the staff in particular as I mentioned, Grace
Not enough checkouts open , the self serve misfunction when you have multiples of same product , it's hopeless , poor staff , and not enough of them do GOODBYE COLES
