Due to a technical issue I was made to pay for my fuel again before I was allowed to leave. The manager interjected the clerk serving me assuming the issue was at my end, his exact words were “is there another card you can pay with? Oh sorry I assumed because you were on the phone that you were having issues”. I showed the pending transaction in my banking app and was told it hadn’t gone through in their system and to pay again. I then tapped again, showed both transactions pending and he gave me a number to call, which had a message saying disconnected due to technical difficulties. It was then refused a refund from the manager as there was only one transaction in his system.nnAfter following up reddy express and viva retail support via phone and email they have concluded there is no duplicate transaction at their end and to dispute it with my bank in order to be refunded. Unbelievable arrogance from the manager who served me and the retail support is shaky at best, only reply to emails when they are followed up with a call. And worst of all, I am still out of pocket. The manager who served me basically showed no regard for the inconvenience caused and implied erroneously that I would get a voucher for the trouble. Talk is cheap after all.

Clean and tidy. Plenty bays and parking.nThey had to silence air pump but not their fault. Otherwise always workingnThey have cheap drinking water from Coles and cheap but alright coffee from a machine.
Basically always the cheapest fuel prices around Fortitude Valley.
Fuel quality over 700km full tank.nnFuel Number 5, 98 malfunctioned.
