Great shell Coles express here with excellent service from the gentleman behind the counter I think his name was Tim. Very clean store fully stocked, plenty of fuel pumps which were also very clean.
Had an absolute shocker at Coles Express Osborne Park. The service I copped on Sunday morning, 15th September, around 7 AM, was shockingly rude and way out of line..nDefinitely the worst visit I’ve ever had.
Went in today and presented my Coles discount voucher to receive the 8c discount. The guy Indian? only applied the 4c discount. I raised this with him and he stated it was a deal in conjunction with Flybys but no mention of that on the signs scattered everywhere. He told me I could speak with the manager but I would need to come back another day. I explained how illogical that would be as the time and fuel I wasted would not warrant the outstanding 4c discount. I persisted to get my refund and he grudgingly gave it to me making me appear as if I was being petty in front of other customers. Be wary of this as they have to give you the 8c discount until the 28th December. Ridiculous that staff not know the only discount their company is offering.
I don't know if the staff this evening, Raj treats customers differently but he was not nice to us at all, still wanna give a benefit of doubt that he might be having a bad day but shouldn't be taking it out on the customers. Don't expect above and beyond but at least a bare minimum. It's a shame that the coffee was nice.
Worst customer service and experience here. Went in on 04/02/2022 Friday lunchtime and was told I couldn't use the toilet because it just got sprayed and it was locked. I told the lady I really needed to go and instead of finishing the clean she went to serve other customers and then leisurely walked and talked around the shop with another staff member all in which the toilet was locked. In this time waiting for 10mins plus, 5 sets of customers tried to use/waited go use the locked toilets - multiple customers asking the counter staff to unlock the toilet in which the response was: we just need to wait for staff to finish cleaning it. The staff was doing anything but doing this. There were 3 staff and 2 of them were happily doing nothing when there was no customers to serve!. Don't go here! If I knew they would lock the toilet to inconvenience 5 sets of customers at lunch time, I would have just driven to the Woolies/Caltex down the road which took 1 more minute but had an usable toilet after being a customer!
