This is the second time I’ve had issues at this petrol station, and it’s honestly frustrating.nnThe first time, I was refused service because I entered from what they claimed was the “wrong direction,” even though the station was empty. It already felt unnecessarily strict.nnToday, I made sure to enter correctly to avoid any problems. I parked properly, turned the motorcycle off, removed my helmet, and started the process. Then the attendant came over the microphone telling me to get off my bike and dismount the motorcycle. Because I didn’t, he refused to activate the pump.nnAt that point, I put the pump back and left without refueling.nnThe whole experience feels overly strict and completely lacking common sense. There seems to be no consideration for the actual situation, just rigid rules being enforced regardless of context.nnI won’t be coming back.nnAvoid if you’re expecting a straightforward, hassle-free experience.
Great corner location near a roundabout making for easy entry/exit going in multiple directions, just don't go the wrong way through bowsers or they won't serve you. They don't want to look at your back whilst you fill up...need your face for CCTV.
Great shell Coles express here with excellent service from the gentleman behind the counter I think his name was Tim. Very clean store fully stocked, plenty of fuel pumps which were also very clean.
Terrible customer interaction. Barked at over the loud speaker and refused service because they claimed my car was pointing in the wrong direction ?? but the station was empty. I’ve never come across something like this before. Will avoid coming back.
