Arrived to no hot food during lunch rush. Attendees ignored customers while restocking creating a line practically out the door, only then started to assist customers at the register. Clearly need to further customer service skills I'd give the experience 0 if I could.
Old style small Coles Express store. Last fu station before the Toorak road entrance to M1. Helpful staff , plenty of fuel pumps, working air & water pumps, toilets onsite. Other amenities include coffee machine , hot snacks , fire wood and take away ice bags. Shares compound with MyCar workshop.
Very poor and rude customer service. Throwing things is not acceptable.
toilets are out of order, half the pumps are not in use, and female attendant is careless.
My local Coles express, staff are always welcoming me with a smile.
