Mum and I have been coming here for many years. They loved seeing Mum come in through her cancer treatment and always made sure she was well looked after and she got what she wanted. We would never go anywhere else now do recommend this place to everyone! Friendly staff!! Always up for a laugh.

I have been to this place today after making an appointment two days in advance. The staff did not accept that I have done so and showed no business etiquette by telling I am not in the system. When I showed them my call history, with reluctance they agreed that I have done so. On the other hand, the Shelacque staff does not show loyalty for its customers and one lady became unreasonably argumentative. When I wanted to reschedule my halfly done appointment due to shop closing, which they had asked me to come, one employee said that they were fully booked and no appointments for 'fussy' customers. What they wanted to highlight in there was, they have plenty of clients and I can go to some other place. The team in Shelacque is not only unprofessional, but also greedy for money and take appointments even during close to business hours and disappoint customers without doing a proper job

I have been getting nails done here for many years and am very happy with their professional service . Nothing is too much trouble and the online booking service is very convenient and easy to use . Anne and her staff are a lovely team and it is a pleasure to visit and be looked after by them . I have tried many nail salons over the years and would highly recommend Shelacque !!
