We had a wonderful dinner on Friday night. Service was excellent and attentive. Ordered 150g eye fillet steaks and the pork. All meals were perfectly cook and very tasty. Great atmosphere as well. Wagyu steak and they totally enjoyed it. I had the Thai beef salad and it was nice. Would highly recommend.
Really really good food, awesome drinks, comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Nice portion sizes, with music you don't have to shout over. Well worth it.
Amazing quality food, wonderfully made drinks and great atmosphere. We held our wedding dinner here on the mezzanine ~18 people and Matt and waitress Taylor were absolutely fantastic. Friendly service and delicious desserts keep us coming back again and again!
What a great bar.. Always great service, the meals come out quickly and are bloody yummo. They make you feel like a customer and not an inconvenience...It's why we keep coming back. Thanks Shaw & Co.
2nd visit here. The steaks are nice and reasonably cooked. One of them was a bit under but overall was good. Drinks are decently priced and the place is well run. Staff are helpful.
Great place,best calamari,it is a must.... and the cocktails are yummy!! Staff are just wonderful my go too place if ever in townsville....5 stars
A great steak restaurant, their steaks are grilled to perfection with tasty sides. Unfortunately the wait staff are inexperienced, undertrained and rude. I would recommend the food but only if you're willing to endure below average service served with a side of attitude.
Went to Shaw & Co for the second time tonight and it was excellent. Service was outstanding, music and atmosphere was great and the food was incredible. There were 7 of us dining tonight and everyone was impressed. Thanks for a great night.
Great cocktails! And amazing meats cooked to perfection. One of the best steak houses in Townsville.
