We went on the weekend and had an awesome time. Paul was educational, informative and funny. He was calming with nerves and responsive to children. My 5 year old was very wriggly, but managed with an adult devoted to looking after him.nMy shark obsessed 10 year old loved it and wants to go back, which we plan to do.nThe sharks and rays were amazing, we fed Florence, Jewel and Killa, and these were our favorites, even though Killa was in hiding and Florence in enjoying her retirement.nI can't recommend it enough.
We had an awesome time! We got to touch several sharks and a sting ray. Great that it was in a small group so everyone got plenty of time having a turn. Would recommend enjoyed by adults and kids.
Definitely worth the visit and the money. I took an 11 year old and 10 year old and they both enjoyed it, as did I. The host is amazing - great at reading the crowd and helping nervous people to feel safe, and the passion and care for the animals was evident. Plus, now you get to say you've patted a shark and a ray - how many people get to have that experience?!
Great experience touching sharks and rays.nnI never think I would touch sharks. It's great experience for kids and even adults. The guide explained sharks and rays and let us feed sharks and rays. There was changing rooms in the place so you could change wet clothings before you go to the car.
Visited this place earlier today only to be told that we had to book online even though we were literally the only visitors there. The young guy that greeted us at the gate mumbled mostly and very quickly and had the expression that he really wasn't interested. I could understand if it was a very busy day and if they had a limit on how many visitors they could allow in but as I said, we we're the only ones there. Not really a good first impression. Their loss, they could've made over $100 just from our visit.
