How can I give a bad review when they served me a bbt that SMILED at me!??!!! :- see photo My favourite is the okinawa milk tea - it never disappoints! However, I enjoy most of their milk tea range
Ordered regular passionfruit with 2 x extra lychee jelly. The amount of lychee jelly was too small compare with other shops such as m city or springvale store. It looks like only one lychee jelly in it. And passionfruit was same, there’s only 6 passionfruit seeds. Very disappointed today, I won’t comeback again.
I used to be a regular here at sharetea 2 years or so ago, and their drinks were always top notch and delicious. As of recent though, I have been noticing that the drinks have been very watered down, the drinks, esp the milk teas are almost tasteless and the sweetness isn’t even there anymore.
Waste of time and money. Pearl milk tea is watery with no flavour or sweetness. When asked the staff they give a dumb reason that’s how it is. Sorry but I have had it before. ONLY ONE staff on a hot weekend resulting in 20 minutes wait for one drink. No point in opening if you can’t cater properly. Love share tea in MCity but Clayton one is hopeless. You’re paying for water and ice.
Good range, consistent with chain options but service from one particular person is atrocious black hair not wearing a hat, initials 'ADM' on receipt. She should probably work at the back away from customers. Unfriendly, not smiling, snapish, abrupt, you ask for a bag she just rudely leaves it on the counter. We observed her for a good 20 mins and service was poor irrespective of which customer, gender or age. Gave a rating of 3 as others provided good, friendly service.
Need a negative scale of rating for this store. A HELL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE They keep doing uber order until I asked: Are u still taking order? “Sure! What do you want?” - aggressively she replied And i never got my order done. They keep on chatting and doing uber forever.
I've only been to this sharetea once but I had a positive experience. The bubble tea was on par for the brand and the girls were really lovely and friendly. I usually get a normal pearl milk tea with little sugar for reference and it was great. No issues with the pearls either.
Always reliable for when the craving for bubble tea strikes. Sharetea has, on most occasions, been consistent across branches in terms of quality and taste. The 3 Bros Milk Tea comprising of pearls, herbal jelly and pudding is my go-to, and rarely disappoints. Robust and balanced flavour, and the pearls are soft yet chewy. Another one of my go-to is the Honey Lemon with Aloe Vera. Full of zesty flavours, combined with the caramelised sweetness of honey, this is as refreshing as it can get. Always ask for less sugar though, otherwise this will be exceedingly sweet. The range of smoothie is also up to scratch, especially the matcha and taro smoothie. Can be slightly on the icier side, but smooth enough to make this a pleasure to drink.
Standard bubble tea place, those they do have different flavours as well as the classic ones such as pearl and taro tea. The pearls is the bog thing for me, and sharetea gets it right here. It is chewy but not hard and raw. It is not too soaky either, which gives it a good texture.
The staff was “nice”. During the order, mistake happened and the boss was “nice” to change drink for me. If the boss did not want to change, can let me know, why need to end up whit half cup of ice, even can’t shake the pearls. Btw the drink is good to try
