The owners were amazing, I loved them so much, they were so nice and they knew everything. It had a lovely culture to it. It is by far my favourite bubble tea place in Perth. The bubble tea was awesome and it tasted amazing. It was made ready fast and easy and the packaging was so nice. I would highly recommend this to everyone. the Lychee tea is amazing and tastes so good. We are always greeted with a massive smile.

This place knocks the spots off the major franchised places, great tasting and always made perfectly to order. This certainly is a gem in Cockburn. The staff are so friendly, and are very proud rightly so of their products. If you’re not sure about the concept of bubble tea, try this place and you’ll get it, I’m hooked.

Absolutely love the Teas from this place. My partner and I come by most weeks, and always like to try a new snow flavour. They’re our favourite, and the owners are so lovely, Always greeted with a big welcoming smile. They’re also extremely accommodating to my partners diabetes, being able to make his drink sugar free. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore

Lovely bubble tea place run by an older couple who used to run HiTea in Northbridge. Great tasting bubble tea with Very reasonable prices $5 for a large and bonus friendly service. If I stayed closer to this neighbourhood I’ll be back here more often!

The taste of the milk tea does not seem overloaded with sugar and it doesnt taste very artificial.  It tastes authentic and the tea itself brings out the characteristics of each flavour perfectly.  I’m very glad to have found this place.  Will be visiting soon.

the bubble tea is always really good and they make it within 7 minutes on a busy day. its pretty expensive but its worth it. the small is: $3-$4. The large is: $5-$6. And if u want jellies its an extra 50c.

Awesome bubble tea with tasty sago! Our mango and lychee teas were made with real fruit - no syrup. Cheap too. A great find!
