Incredible swim school! Our family have enjoyed the semi private (1 teacher to 3 students) lessons. We have found these very beneficial for my child’s learning. A special mention to Lachy for being an outstanding teacher and going that extra mile.

An amazing swim school. Nothing but great experiences. My kids have become so confident and safe in the water. One even won a few ribbons at his first swim carnival recently. Highly recommended.

Excellent swim school with brilliant service and teachers. I know many families that have been through the shapland system and are always astounded by the skills that their children acquire.

Woman on the phone was lovely and explained there was limited enrollment but we were welcome to stop in to see the facility. This was the end of our pleasant experience.

Arrived at this house with a pool and made our way to the small unattended reception//waiting room/viewing area. After a few minutes a parent in the waiting area saw we were new and found an employee for us. The man then proceeded to make us feel very unwelcome. We were told we should have made an appointment and have arrived at the "worst possible time". He advised us normal procedure was to give your name and number on the phone to be put on a waiting list and be contacted when a slot was available. His tone and manor was unprofessional and he made it seem like he didn't want our business at all. Have been to much nicer facilities with much nicer employees so we will not be returning or recommending.
