I went in knowing exactly what I wanted yet she acted as if I was completely unaware of what I was doing. She tried to pressure me into buying stuff I didn't need when I specifically said no multiple timed. I've worked in customer service my whole life and there is a difference between upselling stock to customers and pressuring customers.
Disappointed with the outcome from this shop. I have been purchasing my hair product from them for a number of years. $30 for a can of Wella hairspray bought in March/April and only half used but it started jamming when spraying. Did all the normal things, took the top off and washed with hot water thinking it might be stuck, used a pin to try and clean the little hole on the top. Unfortunately it still is jamming. When I went to the store today and discussed with them they suggested all the things I had done, when I said I had tried all those, they said there was nothing they could do. When I asked about a replacement was told no as it had been too long. I then stopped at another shop in the complex and asked the same question to be told that it must be a manufacturing problem and to bring the item back and that was before I told them I didn't purchase from them!! What a difference in attitude. Know where i will be going in the future for my hair product!!
