I went there for a 30 minute facial $35.  As soon as I walked in, I asked the lady if the facial includes extractions and she said yes.  The room and the bed was filthy - looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in days.  She then grabbed two dirtiest MICROFIBER CLOTHS, one to cover my shirt and the other one to wipe my face in between whatever she applied on my face.  She kept washing the microfiber cloth in hot water and wiped my face with it and it was stinky.  By the end of the facial, I asked her again if she was going to extractions.  She then said to leave the acne as it is and not do the extractions.  There was no steaming done as well.  It was the MOST uncomfortable 30 mins ever.  If you do see this review, please make sure you keep the room clean and also PLEASE use disposable cotton wipes to wipe face.  You can easily buy them for few dollars from anywhere.  Thanks.  And if you are going to get a facial here, please think twice.

Hi this salon had a wierd smell not to be rude or anything but my sister almost started vomiting because the scent was nauseating. It took us a long time to wait for our haircuts. Only two stylists were available the lack of staff members did not compete well with the amount of people coming in and out. Once we got out haircut the stylist I got started using an immense heat on my hair and she then begun to cut layers. This is where I saw the first red flag, the layers were choppy and no blending. before then I showed a photo but in no form of hatred it looked completely different.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Worst waxing experience ever! That lady burnt my inner thighs. She kept applying wax to the same areas over and over and now I am left with wax burns all over my body. My inner thighs have been affected the most. I am finding it extremely difficult to walk. I take public transport to work and it's raining like crazy everyday. This waxing service has made my life inconvenient. And guess what? There is still unremoved hair ever after burning my skin. Can't believe how this salon is always filled with people. I heard it's economical here. Well, you only get what you paid for. I would rather go to an expensive salon.Service:&nbsp;Body waxing

VERY VERY BAD! The owner of the shop did my hair I regret every minute of it. I specifically said that I don’t want color in my roots and she did exactly the opposite she was keep opening the foils and adding more color every 10 minutes.  She kept it on more that 50 minutes. Now my hair is yellow, brown, white, blue green and burnt. I hate it no any other hairdresser wants to fix it because obviously my hair is ruined. Don’t goService:&nbsp;Hair coloring

I just got a hair cut, wanted a trim and re layering. She could not even do a middle parting, did not use any clips to divide the hair. I'm not sure what it was. Not happy with the results at all. I'm not sure about the rest of the hair dresser. I just wanted to support the local business but guess I should have stuck with my regular place.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

The place is absolutely disgusting! Flys everywhere the smell is super bad ! The owner is the worst and laziest out of all of the hair dressers. Not worth your time or money

I have not been satisfied with the service, late with appointments, absolutely terribl hair regrowth services, quite clearly the owner is not interested in providing optimal treatment, 2 rushed and more interested in collecting money, found a more professional hairdresser paying the same amount.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

They never do my blonde foils correct my regrowth came out orange and they never offer to fix it, but can't complain for $70. The 2 stars is for the hard work they put into trying to better themselves after lockdown
