Food is extremely well-seasoned. One of the best coffee I’ve tried. Hits the spot. Loved the chilli crisp so so much. You know fusion food would taste bomb the moment you see a cafe run by Asians.
Seven Grounds is an outstanding brunch spot and easily one of the nicest cafe spaces I’ve visited in Adelaide.nThe interior is beautiful and very well thought out — the open-style kitchen and bar area create a great focal point and make the whole space feel lively and engaging without being overwhelming. We chose to sit outside, and even though it was quite sunny, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. It was a really nice place to slow down and enjoy being there.nThe menu is excellent — lots of variety and everything genuinely sounded appealing. It was one of those menus where you want to order more than one thing. We were a family group of eight and had no trouble getting seated, which was a pleasant surprise for a popular brunch venue.nThe coffee was fantastic, using St Ali beans, and was consistently good across the table. Everyone ordered something different and every dish was delicious — no misses at all. I also created my own brunch, and the kitchen was more than happy to accommodate that with no issues, which says a lot about their flexibility and customer-first attitude.nService was another highlight. The staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even better — especially with a larger group.nOverall, Seven Grounds is a brilliant brunch destination with great food, great coffee, a beautiful space, and excellent service. I would 100% recommend it and will absolutely be returning.
Open your eyes and unselect the tip option before you pay nI don’t mind tipping, but why would anyone tip before they even have the food or service?nOrdered $78 worth of food and unknowingly paid an extra $7.80. Not coming again.nnP.s. Today, the cook also forgot to add the extra salmon that I ordered. I understand that mistakes happen, but it did make an already unpleasant experience worse. The food overall was okay; however, the menu has changed and felt quite mediocre, offering items you can find at almost any brunch place. Sadly, the famous taro French toast and prawn tacos are both no longer available.
We came here to try their Asian fusion desserts and absolutely loved them! It’s such a nice spot for brunch and being so close to the city makes it even better. We’d definitely come back!
