I've had Andrew Taylor, Direcor of Seta Constructions and his hard working team, work on a number our high end aged care facility sites over the years. Andrew and his team have just completed a full internal and external renovation with quality workmanship under difficult conditions. The facility was still in operation while under construction with 120 residents and approximately 60 staff. Seta Construction promise uncompromising customer service and high end work that will leave any clients wanting them back for the next project. Nick Williams.

Andrew & his Seta Constructions team did some roofing work for us recently. Very happy with their work and professionalism. Good communications at all times. Tidied up after their work. Trustworthy leaving our home in their hands whilst we were away. Would definitely recommend them and use them again should the need arise.

Andrew did a pre-auction building inspection for us recently and accommodated our last minute request with extreme professionalism. Thanks to his superb work and very detailed report, including assessing aspects that we requested, we were able to make a decisive and wise decision on the property. I highly recommend Andrew's services, speed of report delivery and a very fair costing. I look forward to using his services for our future property purchase. Thank you Andrew for being so accomodating and a pleasure to work with.

Seta Constructions completed an 8 week high end shop fit out for our newest restaurant in Melbourne CBD. The job was carried out through the Christmas period. Andrew's customer service is one of a kind. No matter how much pressure our build put on his company I never felt anything less than a valued client. Andrew provided great expert advice through out the planning stage and also great support when organising my other trades. Andrew's attention to detail in the finishes is something I can say is top notch. Me being a carpenter my self I understand the patience it takes to carry out work of such a high standard. Andrew also has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to his trade and the materials he works with. Sets Constructions have carried out two other jobs for our group since and they will continue to be our Builder for the jobs to come. I highly recommend this company to build your home.
