I am impressed by efficiency of service. Lots of positive changes lately for the benefit of customers.
The staff are very kind and helpful. Showed up close to 5 on a Friday and lovely staff helped process my provisional licence despite having to extend their day. Much appreciated!
The lady with short grey hair and glasses is extremely rude. She was making faces at me the whole time while I was speaking to her very immature behavior for a woman in her mid 50’s to 60’s and was simply rude. She was at the front desk on 6 Jan at 9:30am
Swift and efficient service from an off handed worker who appeared not to want to be there. Perhaps she should be happy to have a job unlike many others at the moment.
Most of the staff members are rude and are not cooperative. Lady at the front counter do not behave well. I experienced this issue many times. Many people in my contact list have the same issues.
One of staffs was so unkind. If you don't understand what they say, they will say in angry. They made my day. That's perfect. Never go there again
The staff might be great but the location and parking area ridiculous. Not only is the wait outside and into the carpark, but there are absolutely no carparks due to the hospital next door. You would be better if going to a different location, more so during covid
