I had an outstanding experience at the Service NSW centre in North Rocks. The location is extremely convenient, right near Kmart.nnFrom the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. The greeting area was well-organised, and I appreciated the clear signage and guidance. There were plenty of counters open, which meant a very short waiting time despite it being busy.nnThe waiting area was comfortable with many seats available. Most importantly, the staff who served me Arya is superb amazingly —polite, cheerful, professional, and efficient. She made what can often be a tedious process quick and pleasant.nnHighly recommended! This is how a government service centre should operate.
I visited Service NSW North rocks service centre today to get my customer number, and the experience was excellent.nnOfficer Radhika was extremely helpful, professional, and kind.nnThe entire process was smooth and took only about 10 minutes.nVery efficient service and great customer care. Highly recommended!
12.02.2026 11:15am. Couldn’t fault the service I received regarding my WWCC & learner drivers renewal. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the ladies name who served me, but she was a young Filipino woman. She was so lovely!! Very helpful and very efficient. Thank you.
Here’s a clearer and more professional rephrasing:nnnnAvoid this branch if possible. I applied for an overseas licence conversion and waited an entire month with no response. When I went back to follow up, the manager, Adam, and a staff member with purple hair told me to “go home and wait for a call,” which never came.nnI then went to a different branch to reapply, and within just one week I received the call and successfully got my new licence.nnPlease be cautious — when you go to this branch, do not rely on the these two staff’s friendly smiles, They may tell you to “be patient” while appearing to check the computer, but in reality, they might not be doing anything to help you at all.
If there were an option to give zero stars, I would.nnMy experience at Service NSW North Rocks was extremely disappointing. The staff — including the manager — never clearly explained what documents were required when I applied for my service. Every visit, I was told something different, which resulted in repeated trips and wasted time.nnThis shows a serious lack of training and consistency. All staff, including management, should be properly retrained before continuing their roles.nnAs taxpayers, we fund this service and deserve accurate information, professionalism, and basic competence — none of which were demonstrated here.
