Went today for my Ps test all the way from Sydney liverpool the instructor was very rude she was yelling at me for turning the car on. And ended up telling me that my brake light doesn’t work when it literally turned on and she ended up telling me that i cant do my ps test. i told her can you reschedule my appointment for few more hours just so i can rent a car and she yelled at me telling me ur money is gone and i cant reschedule it.nVery poor customer service very unprofessional service. people like this impacts how nsw service appears very disappointed 11 hours drive for nothing.nnOnly reason I wanted to do it there coz there is no early booking around me
The lady that did my son’s P’s test was amazing. He was so nervous she made him feel good and relaxed.
I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment I received today. Due to a last-minute change from the original Griffith location—caused by their own instructor falling sick—my test was moved without clear communication. I was told it would be at 2:30 PM, and we arrived at the new location at 2:17 PM. Despite being well before the time we were informed of, I was told I was “late” and was not allowed to take the test.nnThe staff member I dealt with, Melina or whatever her actual name is, was incredibly unhelpful, dismissive, and frankly, came across as extremely prejudiced. Rather than listening to our situation or showing any understanding, she wasted my time and treated me with unnecessary hostility. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling both disrespected and discriminated against.nnAbsolutely appalling experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone
Very helpful. They make everything quick and easy. Grateful for that
If I could give this place no stars I would. This is the worst Service NSW office ever! The customer service is absolutely crap!!
